Residencies - Workshops - Professional Development  

Joan Merwyn’s multi-arts residencies and workshops are custom designed for the needs of each, individual school or institution, from pre-school through high school and beyond to college and the professional arts world. Current curriculum topics, together with social and communication skills are integrated into the activities. which are designed to be age and ability appropriate. Many residencies culminate in original, student performances or student-made videos. Residencies may include percussion, visual arts, creative writing and literacy, science, math, geography/social studies, socialization and communication skills, cooperation skills, focus and concentration skills, tolerance, health, conflict/resolution and anti-bullying.
